What We Collect

From Contributors (photographers, real estate agents, gig workers):

• Name, email, phone number — to manage your account, assignments, and payouts
• Payment information — Venmo username or other payment handle for payouts
• Photos — images you capture through the Glodatum app
• Location data — GPS coordinates embedded in each photo for verification
• Device info — basic device type for troubleshooting
• Timestamps — when each photo was captured
• Real estate license status — if you identify as a licensed agent

From Customers (ordering photos):

• Name, email, phone number, company — to process and deliver your order
• Property address — the location to be photographed
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

How We Use It

• Assign, track, and fulfill property photo assignments
• Process contributor payouts
• Verify photo authenticity, location accuracy, and evidence chain (GPS, timestamp, image hash)
• Deliver photos and evidence reports to customers
• Improve the platform and user experience

What We Don't Do

• Sell your email or personal information
• Track your location when you're not actively capturing
• Share contributor identity with customers — Glodatum is the face of delivery
• Store credit card numbers — all payments processed by Stripe

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. Photos are stored in private S3 buckets accessible only to authorized parties.

Data Sharing

Photos and associated evidence (GPS, timestamps, image hashes) are shared with the customer who ordered them. Infrastructure data may be shared with municipalities, utilities, and other entities. We do not share your personal contact information with customers or third parties.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@glodatum.com. Note: photos already delivered to customers cannot be recalled, and photos in the infrastructure database may be retained.
