1. Service Description

Glodatum provides a platform that connects independent contractors — including real estate agents, gig workers, photographers, and other professionals — with on-demand property photography and infrastructure documentation assignments. By registering as a contributor, you agree to these terms.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

Contributors are independent contractors, not employees of Glodatum. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and expenses. Glodatum does not provide benefits, workers' compensation, or employment protections. You are free to accept or decline any assignment.

3. Contributor Responsibilities

Contributors agree to:

Capture photos only from public areas and sidewalks
Follow all local laws and respect private property
Submit accurate, quality images as specified by the assignment
Take photos yourself using the Glodatum app (no stock photos or AI-generated images)
Complete accepted assignments within the specified deadline
Not contact, solicit, or market to property owners or occupants of photographed properties by phone, door knock, or in-person visit

4. Real Estate Agent Contributors

Contributors who are licensed real estate agents acknowledge and agree that:

They will not make unsolicited phone calls, door knocks, or in-person visits to owners or occupants of properties photographed through Glodatum assignments
Sending direct mail to property owners is permitted
Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the platform

5. Payouts

Contributors are paid per completed and approved assignment. Payouts are sent weekly via the payment method on file (Venmo, Zelle, or other supported methods). A minimum balance of $5 is required before payout. Glodatum reserves the right to withhold payment for assignments that do not meet quality standards.

6. Content Ownership

By submitting photos, you grant Glodatum a perpetual, worldwide license to use, store, and distribute your contributions. Photos may be delivered to clients and used for Glodatum's infrastructure database, analytics, and related services.

7. Privacy

Your information is used solely for platform operations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this relationship at any time. Glodatum may remove contributors who violate these terms, fail to meet quality standards, or engage in prohibited conduct.
